At GALÉRE, each garment is produced in limited quantities with careful attention to quality. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

Processing & Shipping

• In stock items typically ship within 7 business days of your order being placed.
• Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Pre-Orders

Items marked as Pre-Order are made specifically for each release.

• Please allow approximately 3–5 weeks for production and shipment.
• By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and accept this production timeline or delays.

Production Delays

While we work hard to meet all estimated shipping dates, production timelines may occasionally be affected by manufacturing, material sourcing, quality control, or carrier delays.

If an unexpected delay occurs, we appreciate your patience and understanding. We will provide updates when possible.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. GALÉRE is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier and marked as delivered, GALÉRE is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Any claims regarding delivery should be made directly with the shipping carrier.
